1. General Terms

• These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and us (the "Service Provider").
• By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the revised terms.
• Violation of these Terms may result in a permanent ban from our services, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Configs

2.1 Sales and Refunds

• All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are allowed except under specific conditions outlined below.
• We only accept refunds within 48 hours of purchase if a game update significantly disrupts the functionality of the config.
• No refunds will be issued for reasons such as:
  • Changing your mind or no longer needing the config.
  • Unsatisfactory performance due to factors beyond our control (e.g., internet connection issues, PC performance, personal skill level).
  • Not understanding the risks associated with using third-party softwares / programs.

2.2 Lifetime Updates & Support

• Our configs include lifetime free updates to ensure compatibility with the latest game patches and modifications.
• Free technical support is available for installation, setup, and troubleshooting related to our configs. However, we do not provide assistance for external software, third-party scripts, or hardware compatibility issues.

2.3 Game Updates & Limitations

• The efficiency and features of our configs depend on Apex Legends updates. If certain functions stop working due to game patches or changes, we are not responsible for any loss of functionality.
• We will make efforts to keep our configs updated, but we cannot guarantee immediate fixes if a game update affects their performance.
• Some in-game mechanics may evolve, leading to potential modifications or limitations in how the config operates.

2.4 Risk of Account Bans & Liability Disclaimer

• Using third-party programs is against EA’s User Agreement and can lead to permanent bans.
• While we ensure our configs remain undetected by Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), there is always a risk of manual bans if a game administrator detects unusual behavior.
• If you are banned while using our configs, you will not receive a refund or compensation.
• We are not liable for any bans, penalties, or restrictions applied to your Apex Legends account or EA account. You assume full responsibility for the risks involved.

3. Apex Accounts

3.1 Sales and Refunds

• All Apex account sales are final. Once the transaction is completed, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds, except in specific cases.
• A refund is only available if the purchased account is banned at the time of the transaction.
• We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or account thefts that occur after purchase.

3.2 Account Security & Responsibility

• After purchasing an account, you are solely responsible for its security.
• If an account is hacked, stolen, or banned after purchase, we do not offer a refund or replacement.
• We do not provide login recovery services, and we are not responsible if you lose access to your purchased account due to forgetting credentials or being locked out by EA.

4. Payment, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

• Payments must be made in full before you receive access to any of our products or services.
• Any form of chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction reversal will result in a permanent ban from our services.
• If your payment is flagged as suspicious, we reserve the right to request additional verification (e.g., proof of identity or payment) before processing your order.

5. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty

• All products and services are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of our configs or purchased accounts, including but not limited to:
  • Game bans, account suspensions, or restrictions.
  • Incompatibility issues with your hardware or software.
  • Performance inconsistencies due to game updates or external factors.
• By using our services, you acknowledge that you assume all risks and responsibilities associated with them.

6. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate access to our products or services at any time if a customer is found to be in violation of these Terms.
• Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
  • Attempting to distribute, resell, or share our configs or accounts without authorization.
  • Engaging in chargeback fraud or payment disputes.
  • Abusing our support services or engaging in harassment.
  • Any other activity that negatively impacts our business.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from purchasing or using our products and services.
